Standard Seller

Above Standard

  • Maintain 98% or higher Positive Feedback Percentage

  • Sell at least 10 items per month on average
  • Maintain resolution rate of 98% or higher

Top Rated

Requirements:

  • Maintain 98% or higher Positive Feedback Percentage
  • Maintain 0% policy violation rate (within rolling 12 months)
  • Sell at least 100 items per quarter on average
  • Maintain 99% or higher on-time shipping rate
  • Maintain 99% or higher resolution rate
  • Accept returns for at least 30 days
